As solid wood naturally expands and contracts due to seasonal climate changes, this is not covered under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover small cuts, scratches, or damage that may occur during cleaning, incorrect installation, or random displacement. Likewise, the product is not warranted against damage from exposure to direct sunlight or water, which can cause the wood to decay. Minor cracks, known as checks, may appear over time, but these do not affect the product’s functionality and are not considered faults. Additionally, unevenness up to 5 mm is considered acceptable due to surface and floor level variations. Upholstery, cushion covers, and coverings are not covered under this warranty.
