Additionally, avoid lifting the furniture by the top portion to prevent structural damage.

Warranty Information

The Kuber solid wooden bed comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and issues related to termites and borers. The warranty is limited to defects arising from the production process. If any issues occur, Khaticraft will assess the product and decide whether to repair or replace it. Natural wood expansion and contraction due to seasonal climate changes are normal and not covered under the warranty.

Please note, that small scratches, damages from incorrect installation, or exposure to sunlight and water are not included in the warranty. Minor surface cracks, known as checks, are considered a natural part of solid wood and do not affect the product’s durability or life. Additionally, uneven surfaces up to 5 mm due to floor level differences are not covered. Upholstery, cushion covers, and other fabric components are excluded from the warranty.
