Likewise, the product is not warranted against damage from exposure to direct sunlight or water, which can cause the wood to decay. Minor cracks, known as checks, may appear over time, but these do not affect the product’s functionality and are not considered faults. Additionally, unevenness up to 5 mm is considered acceptable due to surface and floor level variations. Upholstery, cushion covers, and coverings are not covered under this warranty.
